Happy June!
I have been going through some major stress lately. I don’t even know why I am so stressed about it to be honest.. but it’s whatever. I just hate when things end with no closure, no real closure anyways. Work is short staffed again, so that means a lot of hours for me! I am no longer buying things I don’t need, I need to save my money.
On a fitness note: I’ve been feeling really good about what I have been doing. I run every night, becaue no matter what my schedule is for work, I can ALWAYS run at night. And it’s so hot outside so now that’s the time to run so I don’t have a heat stroke. During the day before work or after, depending on the shift, I do some POP pilates and yoga. So it’s a really good mix for me right now. Need to make sure I have rest days though, because there always comes a point in my week where I am so sore that I basically cry while I’m at work.
